MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Summarize the main purpose of the role.

Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyze the viability of alternative business development opportunities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
– Support EP sessions at new and developing EP centers
– Support EnSite advanced 3D mapping cases for all complex arrythmia

– Upgrading the skills on the newly launched products Sales

– Achieving the monthly & quarterly Targets

– Develops a clear understanding of clinical selling skills imperatives by undertaking sales skills training and engaging with other team members to better understand the key objectives designed to drive business growth.
– Encourage customers to use ASJM products

– Product demonstrations to customers.

Distributor Management

– Coordinate with Distributor to manage the inventory on Shelf

– Coordinate with Distributor to get the Primary Orders as well as payments

– Coordinate with Internatal Stake holders for the effective distributor management

– Conducting the Physical Inventory Check in Hospital & Distributor shelf on monthly basis

CLINICAL EXPERTISE
– Support EP sessions at EP centers
– Support EnSite advanced 3D mapping cases
– Support EP sessions at EP Centers and EnSite advanced 3D mapping cases including high level, accurate technical service/troubleshooting advice
– Provide market feedback on ASJM product direction/strategy/materials, as well as competitor activity and products.
– Attend company sales meetings and customer events as required
– Ensure maintenance of company property/assets.
– Handle and document customer complaints according to SJM Field Event Reporting Standard Operating Procedure
– Action any other customer complaints with relevant division

– Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager

REPORTING

Submitting the clinical Summary data on daily basis
Submitting the Secondary sheet on monthly basis
Sending the weekly report and tour plan to the manager
Use GEM portal to report daily activities and GEM scheduler to update the daily schedule
Other Business-related timely reporting
Travelling 70% of the time

Time : As per the Business & Customer requirements

Education: B.Pharm or Associated Degree
