STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

1. Clean the desiccator.

2. Place at room temperature and check drying agent (CaCl2) below the ceramic disk.

3. Keep the sample on ceramic disk.

4. Close the lid and properly closed by the help of grease

SOP for Maintenance of Desiccator

1.Take out all the materials present in desiccator and keep the all material in another desiccator.

2.Now remove the silica gel.

3.Further Clean the desiccator with water, soap solution and once more with water.

4.Mop it with dry clean cloth.

5.Allow it to dry.

6.Fill the dried silica gel.
