AMPOULE FILLING AND SEALING MACHINE

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE 

1. Put plastic tube (right hand side bottom) in liquid vessel (or solution), is to fill in empty ampoule.
2. Adjust the solution capacity by injection frame (working capacity 10ml to 50 ml).
3. Keep the empty ampoule in front of center nozzle.
4. Pull the injection inside & outside. The solution comes in ampoule.
5. After filling the ampoule with solution, put the ampoule in hole of plate in the top of machine platform.
6. Now rotate the ampoule with button provided in front of instrument and seal ampoule with gas burner.
7. After use, clean injection valve and injection pump with distilled water.
