Position description:

Set and achieve objectives in sales and Profit for the Business.
Converging SBU Marketing strategy into Sales Strategy with geographic situations.
Ensure strategic plan implementation with budgeting and target planning and tracking mechanism, review and proactive intervention.

Execution excellence- Ensuring plans are implemented by deploying established processes and implementation preparedness across sales force.
Coach, guide and lead the sales force.
Customer Relationship Management within the Territory, Area, Region, Zone, or Nation.
To identify and develop talent at the all levels within the organisation.
Define quality parameters and maintain discipline in the Team to achieve goals.
