‘LIFE’S GOOD’ Scholarship Program 2024- Phase 1

About The Program

A CSR project of LG Electronics India Private Limited, the “LIFE’S GOOD” Scholarship Programme 2024 aims to give financial aid to deserving students from lower-income families. Students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programmes at specific institutions or colleges may be eligible to receive financial aid for a period of one year to support their academic endeavours under this scholarship programme.

This programme emphasises gender equality and high-quality education, which is in line with Sustainable Development Goals 4 and 5. It promotes education and champions the empowerment of eligible female students through inclusive learning, in compliance with Schedule VII of the Companies Act of 2013.

Eligibility criteria

• Undergraduate and postgraduate studies must be pursued by students from *selected colleges/institutes across India, during any academic year.
• Students in their first year of study need to have received at least 60% in their class 12 exams, while those in their second, third, and fourth years need to have received at least 60% in the previous academic year.
• The award is not available to children of Buddy4Study and LG Electronics India Private Limited workers.

Note: 

• Students who demonstrate merit, those who identify as female, and those whose household income does not exceed INR 8 lakh per year will be given preference.
• There will be four stages to the acceptance of applications for this programme.

Benefits of scholarship/Award/

• A one-year scholarship worth up to 1,00,000 INR
• Note: Exam fees, hostel fees, tuition, books, stationery, travel expenses, data plans, laptop/tablet purchases, meals and accommodation, and other academic-related costs may all be covered by the scholarship fund.

Application Procedure

• To start the application process, click the “Start Application” button.
• Complete the online application form with the necessary information.
• Add any pertinent papers.
• Click “Preview” after agreeing to the “Terms and Conditions.”
• Click “Submit” to finish the application process if all of the applicant’s filled-out information appears accurately on the preview screen.

Documents required to apply for Scholarship

• Marksheets for class 12 and prior year/semester (for students in their second, third, or fourth year)
• evidence of address from the government, such as an Aadhar card
• Any of the following papers can be used as proof of household income:
• Statement of Income Tax Return (ITR)
• Pay stub
• Form 16 (if you’re employed)
• BPL/Card
• Income verification document attested to by a BDP or Tehsildar (in rural areas)
• Gramme Panchayat letter or certificate (signed and stamped)
• Academic fees receipts, college or school ID cards, and fee schedules serve as proof of admission.

• Photograph
