Eligibility Criteria:

Recognized bachelor’s degree of minimum three-year duration with at least 50% marks in aggregate. (Pharmacy/ Science/ Biotechnology/ Management/Medicine)
CAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/XAT/GMAT/GPAT/IIHMR-U MAT score.

For candidates who do not have CAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/XAT/GMAT/GPAT scores but wish to apply for MBA Pharmaceutical Management, They can apply for IIHMR-U MAT 2026

Note:

• Candidates appearing in the final year examination of the bachelor’s degree program or awaiting results of their final year examination in 2026 may also apply.
• Such candidates, if selected, will be given provisional admission. They will be required to produce evidence of their graduation within two months of the start of the session
• Working professionals with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.

Selection Procedure

The eligible candidates will be invited for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Final selection of the candidate is based on his/her performance in the qualifying examination, score in CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/GPAT/CUET-PG/ IIHMR-U MAT, Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI) as under:

* More weightage will be given to national level entrance tests i.e. CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/GPAT/CUET-PG over IIHMR-U MAT at the sole discretion of the Admission committee
Candidates are required to bring their original documents at the time of GD/PI.

Important Date and Fee for application forms:

Application fee is given below:

• Registration Fee for IIHMR UMAT Examination – Rs. 500 only
• Student will be allowed to take IIHMR UMAT maximum three times which includes first attempt in addition to two retake attempts. Fee of Rs. 500 will be applicable for each retake of IIHMR UMAT.
• No Fee is applicable for rescheduling IIHMR UMAT or GD-PI
• Registration fee for IIHMR UMAT as well as Application fee is not refundable under any circumstances

• Date of IIHMR UMAT and GD PI are subject to change as per UGC guidelines
• Number of seats are limited in each program and will be filled on first come first serve basis
• IIHMR-U MAT & GD-PI will be conducted for Round 2, 3 & 4 only if seats would be available in specific programs
