Qualification required:
i) Masters/Integrated Masters in Natural or Pharmaceutical Sciences OR Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent. AND 2 years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institution or Science & Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services. OR ii) Masters / Integrated Masters in Engineering or Technology from recognized university.
Desirable:
i) Experience in handling instruments like, HPLC, centrifuge scanning electron microscope, vacuum concentrator which may be demonstrated to students, ii) Knowledge on Digitization of scientific content in the form of animation, simulation, games, podcasts, etc. iii) Aptitude towards science communication.
Age Limit: 35 Years.
Stipend:
Rs. 35,000/- plus HRA Per month (with NET/NET(LS)/GATE/Equivalent) OR Rs. 28,000/- plus HRA Per month (without NET/NET(LS)/GATE/Equivalent).
Terms & Conditions:
The engagement is purely temporary & co-terminus with the project and therefore, does not confer any right / claim implicit or explicit for regularization or absorption against any IICB / CSIR post. The age and qualifications will be reckoned as on the date of interview. The relaxation in upper age limit of the candidates belonging to the category of SC / ST / PwBD / Women and the category of OBC shall be 05 years and 03 years respectively as per CSIR guidelines. Interested candidates fulfilling all the above conditions may appear for the walk-in-interview to be held on 03.07.2025 from 09.00 a.m. in the CSIR-IICB Jadavpur Campus with duly filled up Application Form in the prescribed format as furnished herein under the download link and along with the following documents as applicable (original and self attested copy) –
(1) Matriculation Certificate in support of your date of birth,
(2) All mark-sheets and certificates regarding educational qualification (since Matriculation),
(3) No Objection Certificate from the employer if employed,
(4) Final Mark Sheet of B.Sc/M.Sc/M.Tech/M.Pharm Examination/Ph.D Certificate,
(5) Documentary proof of NET/NET(LS)/GATE/Equivalent,
(6) One Passport size photograph,
(7) Caste certificate (wherever applicable).
