Selection process:
1. Eligible and eligible candidates shall ensure to send the application form by registered post / speed post to Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer Dhanbad along with the duly filled in application along with the self-attested copy of the required certificates in the prescribed form, caste certificate issued by the competent authority for claiming reservation, matriculation certificate related to date of birth, local resident certificate and fully filled application. 2. Application Fee – It is mandatory to attach a demand draft of Rs. 400/- for General Category / Other Backward Class / Backward Class applicants for each post and Rs. 200 /- for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe applicants with the application form payable in the name of District Health Society, Dhanbad.
3. Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in Academic and Technical Examinations / Written Test / Skill Test / Interview, one or more as applicable.
4. All the candidates will ensure to send the application form through registered post / speed post only.
5. The finalized merit list will be published in the office of the Civil Surgeon / Deputy Commissioner for one week. The notification of the publication of the list on the notice board will be given through the newspaper and www.dhanbad.nic.in.
6. Enter the received application forms/mark sheets and certificates in the computer Objection to entry will be received through newspapers uploading the same on website
Selection Conditions:
1. There shall be no employment of employees on contract basis, rather they shall be contracted to work against an approved remuneration.
2. District level reservation roster in all the above posts will be predictable.
3. The contract shall be tenable for one year. As per requirement it can be extended by one year on the basis of Annual Performance Appraisal.
4. The contract can be terminated by giving one month’s notice or one month’s honorarium to the parties to the contract.
5. Candidates who are submitting CGPA score card for academic qualification will also submit CGPA Conversion Chart along with mark-sheet.
6. For applying for more than one post, it will be mandatory for the applicant to apply separately.
7. Shortlisted candidates will be included in the further selection process by the committee as per the advertised qualification.
8. The decision of the committee in the appointment process shall be final and binding.
9. The conditions of advertisement may be amended as per requirement by the committee.
10. No personal correspondence / contact regarding appointment will be accepted.
11. Applicants must write the post code number on their application form and application envelope.
12. If at any stage of the selection process any notice / form given by a candidate is found to be incorrect, legal action may be taken against him canceling his candidature / appointment with immediate effect.
13. If the complaint regarding the appointment goes to the Court, it will be settled in the Dhanbad Court only.
