Key Responsibilities
Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using analytical instruments
Operate and maintain instruments such as:HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography)
GC (Gas Chromatography)
UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy)
Dissolution Apparatus
Calibration and qualification of laboratory instruments
Prepare and review analytical reports and documentation
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines
Investigate Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results
Maintain proper documentation as per US FDA, World Health Organization, and other regulatory requirements
Ensure data integrity and compliance
