Post Name: Project Research Scientist- I (Non-Medical) (one position)
Qualification:
PhD with experience in Neurobiology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, involving cloning and gene expression studies, CRISPR/Cas9 mediated genomeediting, forward genomic screening, biochemical assays, spectrophotometry, transcriptomics, proteomics/ metabolomics, knowledge or experience in the Schrodinger’s platform, in vivo studies involving handling of mice and transgenic mice, Western Blotting, qPCR, advanced light Microscopy, Immunohistochemistry etc. A strong background in handling, maintaining mammalian cell lines, iPSCs, transduction, lentiviral culture, generation of knock-in or knock-out cell lines, and primary neuronal culture is highly desirable.

Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 56,000/+ 10% HRA (Rs. 61,600 p.m.)
Duration of engagement: Initially for a period of One year and extendable upto three years based on
the performance and need of the project.
