Job Description / Responsibilities:-

• To follow instructions / guidelines given in standard operating procedure wherever it is applicable.
  To distribute work to production workmen.
  To prepare required tags / labels related to production activities.
  To do in-process checks during Manufacturing and filing activity with respect to individual product batch Manufacturing record.
  To maintain change parts of M/C and equipment’s and record maintain.
  To coordinate with engineering department for preventive / breakdown maintenance of machinery.
  To arrange required manpower, machinery, equipment, material in advance for the work of next day as per instructions of seniors.
  To train workmen for their specific job.
  To actively participate in calibration / validation of machinery, process, equipment, training program etc. as directed by production In-charge.
  To generate and maintain documentation required for statutory authority and for the better productivity.
  To learn to handle/operate the machine/equipment’s independently.
