Brief about the Team
Tata 1mg partners with various hospitals and healthcare providers to provide medication and healthcare services to patients which may include pharmacy services such as medication dispensing, compounding, and counseling. This team manages to provide medications directly to patients at the hospital (bed side) or delivering medications to patients’ homes after they are discharged from the hospital.
What will you do
- Engaging patients over calls daily.
- Checking on the medicine & healthcare requirements of these patients.
- Provide patient counseling to ensure proper medication understanding and adherence.
- Data sanctity of all orders generated.
- Process orders through defined channels accurately and promptly.
- Syncing with the store to ensure all orders are completed without any delay.
- Ensure payment collection for all confirmed orders.
- Monitor the status of the order and keep the patients updated in case of any delay.
- Building Relations- Keeping track of the repeat patients and their orders.
- Patient Conversion- Convince first time patients to use our services and/or set up a connection.
What we are looking for
- Skills and Qualifications Needed for a Pharmacist plus Caller Role
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Educational qualifications in pharmacy, such as a B. Pharma or D. Pharma degree
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Tools.
