Job Description:
1. Operation and supervision of secondary packing activities for OSD products (tablets, capsules) such as blister, strip, bottle, and carton packing.
2. Execution of packing operations as per approved Batch Packing Records (BPR) and SOPs.
3. Line clearance before start, during product changeover, and after completion of packing activities.
4. Setting, operation, and routine troubleshooting of secondary packing machines such as blister packing machines, cartoners, labelers, and serialization equipment (where applicable).
5. Verification of packing materials like cartons, labels, leaflets, shippers, and over‑printing details as per BPR
6. Monitoring critical process parameters and in‑process checks during packing operations
7. Ensuring correct implementation of online and offline coding, printing, and reconciliation of printed packaging materials
8. Reconciliation of packing materials and packed quantities with documentation of discrepancies, if any
9. Adherence to cGMP, GDP, safety, and data integrity requirements during packing operations
10. Identification, reporting, and documentation of deviations, incidents, and breakdowns during packing activities
