Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Packaging Supervisor/Manager to oversee daily operations across all business sections, including Planning, Packaging Development, Warehouse, QA/QC, Engineering, Production, Finance, and HR. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to cGMP and safety norms, maintain work discipline, and achieve operational goals within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve daily planning targets.
Ensure timely execution of operational activities within budget.
Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations.
Oversee primary and secondary packaging sections.
Verify documentation, including MBPR, change control, CAPA, and deviations.
Manage SAP system entries and finished product bond transfers.
Resolve operational issues, manage resources, and conduct regular team meetings.
Address customer complaints efficiently and maintain a trusting work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in packaging/production management.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of cGMP, safety norms, and SAP systems is a plus.
