Eligibility Criteria:

Recognized bachelor’s degree of minimum three-year duration with at least 50% marks in aggregate. (Pharmacy/ Science/ Biotechnology/ Management/Medicine)
CAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/XAT/GMAT/GPAT/IIHMR-U MAT score.

For candidates who do not have CAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/XAT/GMAT/GPAT scores but wish to apply for MBA Pharmaceutical Management, They can apply for IIHMR-U MAT 2025

Note:

• Candidates appearing in the final year examination of the bachelor’s degree program or awaiting results of their final year examination in 2025 may also apply.
• Such candidates, if selected, will be given provisional admission. They will be required to produce evidence of their graduation within two months of the start of the session
• Working professionals with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.

Selection Procedure

The eligible candidates will be invited for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Final selection of the candidate is based on his/her performance in the qualifying examination, score in CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/GPAT/CUET-PG/ IIHMR-U MAT, Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI) as under:

* More weightage will be given to national level entrance tests i.e. CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/GPAT/CUET-PG over IIHMR-U MAT at the sole discretion of the Admission committee

Important Date:

• Important Dates for IIHMRU-MAT/GDPI
• IIHMRU-MAT will be conducted on 1st & 3rd Saturdays of every month starting from November’24
• GD PI of candidates qualified IIHMR UMAT or having valid score in any national level MBA entrance test will be conducted on 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays of every month (Offline and Online Mode) starting from January 20, 2025.
• GD PI will be conducted online on the 1st and 5th Saturday of every month and it will be conducted offline at the university campus on the 3rd Saturday of every month.
• Last date of admission to the MBA programme is July 31, 2025 subject to availability of seats till that date.
• No. of seats are limited for each program. Admissions will be offered to selected candidates on first come first serve basis depending on availability of seats.
• Date of commencement of programme is 1st week of August, 2025.

IIHMR U MAT date of exam in March & April Month are below: 29 march 2025 & 5 April 2025

• Date of IIHMR UMAT and GD PI are subject to change as per UGC guidelines
• Number of seats are limited in each program and will be filled on first come first serve basis
• IIHMR-U MAT & GD-PI will be conducted for Round 2, 3 & 4 only if seats would be available in specific programs

Imp Instruction

• Registration Fee for IIHMR UMAT Examination – Rs. 500 only
• Student will be allowed to take IIHMR UMAT maximum three times which includes first attempt in addition to two retake attempts. Fee of Rs. 500 will be applicable for each retake of IIHMR UMAT.
• No Fee is applicable for rescheduling IIHMR UMAT or GD-PI
• Registration fee for IIHMR UMAT as well as Application fee is not refundable under any circumstances
