Scholarship Policy for students of MBA (HHM/PM/DM) admitted for the academic session 2024-2026
IIHMR University, Jaipur envisages granting scholarships in the form of tuition fee waiver to prospective MBA students based on academic merit. IIHMR University also offer full tuition fee reimbursement to students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS on need cum merit basis. The policy/guidelines for granting scholarships are as under:
MBA Hospital and Health Management
Merit Scholarship:
The merit scholarships will be awarded to students applying for MBA HHM as per the following details on meeting any one of the given eligibility criteria and score obtained in the admission process:
Total Number of Merit Scholarships Available: 45 Scholarships
Eligibility Criteria: The scholarship will be awarded to students based on meeting any one of the following eligibility criteria and on first come first serve:
- 55% or above aggregate marks in MBBS
- 65% or above aggregate marks in BDS/ AYUSH
- 80% or above aggregate marks in any other bachelor’s degree
Amount of Scholarship: Rs. 1,00,000 each student
Freeships:
Under freeships, full tuition fee reimbursement will be offered to students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/ EWS (Economically Weaker section) on need cum merit basis.
Total Number of Freeships available: 1 seat for SC/ST/OBC and 1 seat for EWS.
Eligibility Criteria: Freeships will be awarded to eligible students based on combined merit (Including all rounds of GD & PI) prepared at the time of admission
Amount of Freeship: Rs. 7,53,500 each student

MBA Pharmaceutical Management
Merit Scholarship:
The merit scholarships will be awarded to students applying for MBA PM as per the following details on meeting any one of the given eligibility criteria and score obtained in the admission process:
Total Number of Merit Scholarships Available: 30 Scholarships
Eligibility Criteria: The scholarship will be awarded to students based on meeting the following eligibility criteria and on first come first serve:
- 80% or above aggregate marks in bachelor’s degree
Amount of Scholarship: Rs. 1,00,000 each student
Freeships:
Under freeships, full tuition fee reimbursement will be offered to students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/ EWS (Economically Weaker section) on need cum merit basis.
Total Number of Freeships available: 1 seat for SC/ST/OBC and 1 seat for EWS.
Eligibility Criteria: Freeship will be awarded to eligible students based on need cum combined merit (Including all rounds of GD & PI) prepared at the time of admission
Amount of Freeship: Rs. 6,33,500 each student
MBA Development Management
Merit Scholarship:
The scholarships based on merit will be awarded to students applying for MBA Development Management as per the following details on meeting any one of the given eligibility criteria and score obtained in the admission process:
Total Number of Merit Scholarships Available: 20 Scholarships
Eligibility Criteria: The scholarship will be awarded to students based on meeting the following eligibility criteria and on first come first serve:
- 55% or above aggregate marks in bachelor’s degree
Amount of Scholarship: Rs. 1,00,000 each student
Freeships:
Under freeships, full tuition fee reimbursement will be offered to students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/ EWS (Economically Weaker section) on need cum merit basis.
Total Number of Freeships available: 1 seat for SC/ST/OBC and 1 seat for EWS.
Eligibility Criteria: Freeship will be awarded to eligible students based on need cum combined merit (Including all rounds of GD & PI) prepared at the time of admission
Amount of Freeship: Rs. 3,33,500 each student
Other Terms and Conditions
- The University reserves the right to add, withdraw or modify any of the criteria, amount and count for all scholarship details mentioned above at any time. Decision of the University will be final regarding award of scholarships to the deserving students. The Academic Department of the University will maintain the records related to the grant of scholarships.
- Every student wishing to apply for the freeship shall be required to submit a valid SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS Certificate from a competent authority. Students from the SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS have to determine their eligibility for gaining scholarship as per the prevalent Rules and Regulations of the University Grants Commission (UGC).
- The Scholarship may be discontinued at any time for any kind of misconduct by the student, like involving in the act of ragging, misbehavior etc. on the recommendations of the Head of the University.
- The student who is awarded the scholarship shall not apply to any other scholarship offered by any government authority, NGO, statutory body or any other organization. If any student is found to be applying or receiving the scholarship from any other source, then his name will immediately be cancelled for the scholarship in IIHMR University, Jaipur.
Note: Besides the above scholarships, a tuition fee waiver for any candidate serving as defence personnel will be allowed @ 40% of the tuition fee for the duration of the MBA program. This exemption is based on their employment and is not related to the scholarship policy described above.
