GPAT 2020 Merit List Out by NTA, Cut off Marks for General,EWS,OBC,SC,ST: Download Score Card
Dear GPAT 2020 Aspirants
National Testing Agency announces the All India Merit list based on the Total Marks obtained by the candidates in Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT)-2020 conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode on 28th January 2020.
➢ Total 48360 candidates appeared out of 50747 registered in GPAT-2020.
➢ A total of 4913* candidates qualified in GPAT-2020 for the purpose of applying for scholarship.
➢ Total 10.15 % Students Qualified
➢ The GPAT-2020 score will be valid for Three years from the date of announcement of the result for admission in PG programme and for the purpose of applying for scholarship in M. Pharma course.
➢ Even after completing M. Pharma degree, if someone is interested in getting registered for Ph. D. degree and availing National Doctoral Scholarship, the same score will be applicable.
➢ The qualifying score has been based on self-declared Category by the candidates. Designated Admission Authorities will be responsible to ascertain and verify the Category of the candidate from their valid original documents at the time of admission.
The Category wise Cut-off qualifying marks and No. of Candidates are as follows:
A National Merit Ranking (All India Rank) has been arrived based on the Marks secured against Total Marks. In case Total Marks are same for more than one candidate, the inter-se ranking has been done on the basis of marks obtained in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Candidates having less negative responses and Candidate older in age.
➢ The merit list indicates Roll number, Rank, NTA Score and the Marks obtained of all the candidates.
➢ The NTA scores of a Candidate have been calculated as follows:
100 X Number of candidates appeared in the examination with raw marks EQUAL TO OR LESS than the candidate/Total number of the candidates appeared
NTA score is not the same as percentage of marks obtained.
➢ The admission authorities are advised to use score awarded to the students for allotment of seat in the AICTE approved programs along with the other criteria as applicable.
➢ Candidate’s particulars including Category and Person with Disability (PwD) have been indicated as mentioned by the candidate in the online application form.
➢ Instances of incorrect information provided by the candidates, if detected at any stage, would make the candidate liable for disqualification
