Primary Responsibilities:
Literature survey for assigned projects.
Analytical method development of drug substances & drug products on HPLC, GC and UV spectrophotometer.
Analytical method verification of drug substances as per drug manufacturer and pharmacopoeia
Preparation of Method development report, method verification report and certificate of Analysis of Finished product.
To participate in method transfer, critical analysis activity at QC or outside testing laboratories.
Analysis of development batches and stability batches as per TRF and online reporting and Laboratory Notebooks (LNB) writing with all details.
To Interpret the dissolution, assay and related substances data.
Maintain GLP Activity in Laboratories and instrument in-charge for the allotted instruments and responsible for calibration and maintenance of the same.
