Scientist “C” Vacancy for Masters in Public Health candidates at ICMR-NIRRCH, Mumbai

Online Applications are invited on or before 23rd May 2024 for the following temporary vacancy under non-institutional ad-hoc project at Model Rural Health Research Unit (MRHRU), Sub District Hospital Compound, Coastal Highway, Agar, Dahanu 401602, District Palghar.

Project/Scheme Details: “Central Sector Scheme for Establishment of Model Rural Health Research Units (MRHRU)” funded by Department of Health Research.

Eligibility: 1st class Post graduate Degree in Public Health / Epidemiology from a recognized university with 3 years experience
OR
2nd class Post graduate Degree in Public Health/ Epidemiology from a recognized university + Ph.D degree in relevant subjects from a recognized university with 3 years experience

Desirable Qualification: BAMS/ BHMS degree with MPH.
 Experience in conducting community based projects in Public Health.
 Knowledge of Computer Applications and Data Analysis and Management of qualitative and
quantitative data and report writing. Publications in the field of Public Health.
 Readiness to work in rural and tribal areas of Palghar District
