Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional for Packing operations in Topical Formulation. The candidate will be responsible for handling primary and secondary packing activities for creams, ointments, gels, and lotions while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Handle primary and secondary packing activities for topical formulations such as creams, ointments, gels, and lotions.
Ensure line clearance, machine setup, changeover, and packing area readiness before batch execution.
Operate and monitor packing equipment including tube filling machines, cartoning machines, labeling machines, and coding machines.
Ensure proper batch coding, labeling, packing material reconciliation, and online documentation activities.
Maintain packing records, logbooks, BPR entries, and reconciliation documents accurately as per SOPs.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering departments for smooth packing operations.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements during packing activities.
Monitor in-process checks and ensure product quality during packing operations.
Handle deviations, breakdowns, and operational issues with proper escalation and documentation.
Exposure to SAP, TrackWise, and computer knowledge including MS Excel will be preferred.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support QMS activities including Change Control, CAPA, Deviation, and Incident Management.
Participate in audit preparation and regulatory inspection activities.
Maintain housekeeping, 5S practices, and safety compliance in the packing area.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of topical formulation packing operations
Experience in pharmaceutical packing environment
Good documentation and communication skills
Knowledge of GMP and safety practices
Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
