Funding Agency : Haryana State Research Fund (HSRF), administered by the Haryana State Higher Education Council (HSHEC), Government of Haryana
Emoluments : Rs. 37,000 per month (consolidated)
Term of engagement : The appointment initially will be made for a period of six months, further extendable up to project completion based on extension of the project, satisfactory work, conduct and availability of funds
Essential Qualification : First class M. Pharm. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry); Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
Desirable Qualification : I. GPAT Qualified
II. At least one publication in a SCOPUS/WOS indexed journal
III. Experience in the synthesis of medicinally potent compounds
IV. Knowledge of computational tools/molecular docking/dynamics
V. Experience in biological experiments, including cell culture, enzymatic assays, western blotting, MTT assays, etc.
VI. Experience in scientific manuscripts and patent drafting.
VII. Good communication skills
General terms and conditions:
1. The above mentioned post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project
2. Fellowship is liable to cancellation in case of: a) misconduct, b) unsatisfactory research work c) fellow is found ineligible later
3. The RA cannot engage in any other paid employment, private tuition, or academic courses during the contract period
4. No T.A/D.A. or any other allowances will be paid for attending the interview.
5. The selected candidate will have to work in the project mentioned above or any other work related to project that may be assigned by Principal Investigator from time to time
5. Selected candidate will not have any right to claim for regular appointment on the basis of this contract appointment.
6. The fellow is expected to report within a short period of notice upon selection.
