Description  :  

1. The main objective of Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship paradigm is to predict the biological activities of untested or novel molecules to provide insight into relevant and consistent chemical properties or descriptors (2D/3D) which defines the biological activity.
2. Development of predictive and robust QSAR, with a specified chemical domain, for predicting the activity of untested molecules.
3. It acts as an informative tool by extracting significant patterns in descriptors related to the measured biological activity.
