About the Conference
The health sector is poised to be one of the most remarkable scientific and industrial transformations of the twenty-first century. The lines between healthcare and modern technology sectors continue to fade away. Accordingly, healthcare today amalgamates pertinent knowledge not only from the domains of medical, pharmaceutical and biomedical sciences, but also from biotechnology, engineering, informatics and artificial intelligence (AI), disaster-preparedness, real-world patient experience, and much beyond. Considerable headway has lately been witnessed in the emerging areas of personalized medicine, translational medicine, nanobiomedicine and phytomedicine. Healthcare continues to drive growth in the industrial sector, the hottest among the 2018 trends the digitization of healthcare, anticipated to cross $ 550 billion by 2025.
The multidisciplinary fields of pharmaceutical, biomedical and medical sciences have been making rapid strides at a striking pace, providing significant impetus towards healthcare through their research effort and industrial application. The twenty-first century marks an unprecedented surge in these sciences has been the major focus in scientific research and funding in order to promote health from education to real-time setting. The public expectations and federal requirements from the scientists, nevertheless, have been rising steeply, eventually imperiling their employability as well as employment. As “time and tide spare none”, it is the most opportune time for scientists to update themselves and address the next-generation challenges in these domains by adapting to the dynamic and evolutionary changes being witnessed round the globe.
